Authorities in Binh Thuan Province have given approval to establish an organizing board for the PWA World Cup Mui Ne-Vietnam 2011 on the beach between Jibes’ and Sunshine Beach Resort, Nguyen Dinh Chieu St. in Mui Ne. The organizing board will include 21 members, headed by Nguyen Van Thu, vice chairman of Binh Thuan Province’s People’s Committee and Jimmy Diaz, chairman of Professional Windsurfers Association (PWA).
