Ed Warner, the chairman of UK Athletics, told a parliamentary committee in London on Tuesday that he does not think Russian track and field athletes should be allowed to compete at the Rio Olympics. Last November the IAAF imposed a ban on Russian athletes following widespread drug revelations.
