Many Saigonese believe that June is not a great month to go to the beach as they fear their dreams will be washed away in the heavy rain. However, my buddies and I decided to take a risk and head to Binh Ba Island at the south of Cam Ranh Peninsula in the central province of Phan Rang last weekend.
