HCMC – Local cement supply will plunge to 82.6 million tons annually by 2015, tumbling nearly 12 million tons against the 94.2 million tons targeted in the development zoning plan of the cement industry approved in 2011, said Le Van Toi, head of the Building Material Department under the Ministry of Construction.
