Ho Chi Minh City bikers may have to pay road fees next year

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport has recommended the city government to collect road maintenance fees from motorbike riders from January 1 next year, with the highest annual rate amounting to VND150,000 (US$7.05) per motorbike.
