The InterContinental Asiana Saigon and the InterContinental Hanoi Westlake, managed by IHG, have been recognized at the Hospitality Asia Platinum Awards (PATA) – Regional Series 2011/2013 in Singapore. The Vietnam-based hotels were honored in categories, including Platinum Winners of HAPA Service Excellence, Best Concierge, Signature Business Hotel, Hotel of the Year, Vietnam Hotel Excellence and Vietnam Service Excellence. HAPA aims to recognize and reward the top hotels in the hospitality industry.
