The Hoa Trang Nguyen (Poinsettia) Award for outstanding academic achievement in 2011-12 was conferred on 586 students yesterday in Ha Noi. Sixty-seven topped their university entrance exams and 26 others won national and international prizes. The awards were established by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Tan Tao Group in 2008.
