Leading telecom service provider Viettel said it planned to expand to developing countries in 2015."We are considering to invest in Myanmar, Kenya, Venezuela, Tanzania, Burkina Faso, Argentina, Cuba and Swaziland," said Viettel's deputy director Nguyen Van Tinh.
