Internationals are increasingly looking to invest their money in the Cambodian real estate market. According to the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction (MLMUPC), in the first nine months of 2015, investments in the real estate and construction sector had a combined worth of $1.75 billion, up from $1.54 billion in the prior corresponding period in 2014. This represents an annual increase of 13.8 per cent which is great news for the new developments market.
