Nhan Dan – The construction of a ring road north of Ha Long city in Quang Ninh province began on September 16.
The road, 13.9 kilometres long and 12 metres wide, has a total investment of over VND 286 billion (US$15 million) from the State budget.
The road is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.
