The memorial is located on over 24,000 square meters in Tam Xuan commune, Nui Thanh district, in the central province of Quang Nam.
The project included construction of a new exhibition space, public library, and reception house. Gardens, fences, gates, and the road to the memorial will also be upgraded.
The memorial, which has been recognised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a national historic site, is a tourist attraction which will help younger generations learn more about their nation’s history as well the revolutionary traditions of previous generations.
