BUON MA THUOT - Vietnam's VinaCapital Group has bought a 10 percent stake in Thai Hoa Vietnam Group Co, one of the country's top coffee exporters, a Thai Hoa executive said on Tuesday.
The two signed an agreement on the purchase earlier on Tuesday, Chairman and Chief Executive Nguyen Van An of the Hanoi-based Thai Hoa Vietnam said. He, however, declined to disclose the value of the deal.
He also said the company, now with a capitalization of 550 billion dong, was finalizing listing procedures and would make its share debut on the Hanoi Stock Exchange in December.
