PANO – The Viettel Centre for Electronics Manufacturing on October 17th officially put into operation the first production line, the most up-to-date one in the South East Asia area, according to Viettel Cooperation.
This chain can produce various kinds of products, including terminal equipment (normal and smart mobile phones, I-pads, All-in-one computers), internet devices and equipment for army information with the maximum capacity of 5 million USB 3G and 9000 computers per year for both local and international markets. The production chain is operated by 40 engineers, masters and Doctors, most of them had undertaken similar positions in world famous international companies.
This VND200billion production chain is completely installed by Vietnamese staff and the entire process of production management and products quality control is made by Viettel software based on international standards. This helped save a large amount of money and increase the effectiveness of the investment.
