The Vietnamese snacks to be exported include brown rice crust, krupuk and manioc crackers, which are tasty and popular in Vietnam.
According to Richard Kaiser, these Vietnamese ordinary dishes will be produced by the company in modern production lines, packed to meet all the strict hygienic standards and exported to foreign markets in the coming time.
“The new business direction will bring benefits to the company on one hand and create opportunities for local farmers to escape from hunger and poverty on the other hand,” said the Managing Director.
To deploy the business direction, PesiCo VN is planning to buy some 1,200 tons of manioc to produce snacks for exports, he added.
