Vietnamese bakers, Vo Thanh Tuan from Big C Supermarket, Nguyen Van Hung from Caravelle Hotel and Nguyen Truong Kim Phung from ABC Bakery, were invited to make bread at the final round of the Louis Lesaffre International Bread Cup in Paris, France from March 3rd to 7th.

Under the theme, “Introduce special features of your country”, three Vietnamese bakers introduced Halong Bay, which was recognised as the World’s Cultural Heritage by UNESCO and one of new seven natural wonders of the world though ship-shaped bread, and Dong Son Bronze Drum through drum-shaped bread.
The performances of Vietnamese bakers and their products drew attention of international friends.
Along with making bread, Vietnamese team will also visit, exchange and learn experiences from professional bakers at Baking Centre, the world’s top baking centre.
