(VOV) - The Vietnamese and Lao Ministries of Public Security co-organized an art exchange in Vientiane on June 26 to celebrate the 2012 Vietnam-Laos Friendship Year and other anniversaries of the two countries.
Present among thousands of participants were Vietnam’s Deputy Minister of Public Security Dang Van Hieu, Lao Minister of Public Security Thongbanh Sengaphone.
Vietnamese and Lao artists performed in a mixed programme in praise of their late top leaders, Ho Chi Minh and Caysone Phomvihane, and the public security forces of the two countries.
