The Documentary and Scientific Central Studio will work with European Union National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC) to organise the fourth Europe-Vietnam documentary film festival in Hanoi and Da Nang City in late May.
The organising panel is expecting to receive more works from young Vietnamese filmmakers before May 5 th so that the list of selected ones would be announced on May 15 th , and will be shown at the festival.
Mrs. Pham Thi Tuyet, the Director of the Documentary and Scientific Central Studio, revealed that ten foreign films also join the festival, such as “Vinyl” (Austria), “Robot’s Love Story” (Denmark), “Dans Tes Yeux” (France) and “First Lesson” (Poland), to name but a few.
Annually organised in June, the Festival is regarded as the biggest event for documentary filmmakers from ten European countries and the host Vietnam.
