Nhan Dan – The domestic prices of diesel and kerosene have been cut by VND400 per litre and VND300 per litre, respectively, the Ministry of Finance (MOF) announced yesterday.
The diesel price was reduced from VND20,800 to VND20,400 per litre while kerosene fell from VND20,500 per litre to VND20,200.
The price of A92 petrol remained unchanged at VND20,800 per litre.
The MOF said the price cuts, which took effect at 11am local time on October 10, followed recent drops in global oil prices.
Previously, Vietnam cut the prices of petrol by VND 500 per litre and diesel and kerosene by VND 300 per litre on August 26.
