The Government of Vietnam has decided to assist Thai Government and people with USD 100,000 to ease the financial burden of inflicted after the floods that are the worst seen for 50 years.
On October 31, acting under authority of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Pham Binh Minh, presented a cheque worth USD 100,000 to Anuson Chinvano, the Thai Ambassador to Vietnam.
