The two sides will enhance their co-operation in the field of transportation; co-ordinate management, especially for the transport of goods on important routes; and build a ‘one-door’ mechanism at border gates to facilitate trade and transportation between Vietnam and Laos.
The two ministries will also establish alternate working groups to monitor ‘one-door’ activities at border gates and share their experiences related to forms of investment in building transportation infrastructure.
