VGP – Việt Nam has got approval from officials of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and other countries for its efforts to pursue the administrative reform.
The country reported on its reforms at an OECD conference themed “Better policies for better lives” in France from April 11-13.
Việt Nam was one of three Asian countries that OECD invited to attend the conference, which drew the participation of 35 member countries and a number of observers.
The Vietnamese delegation to the conference was headed by the Deputy Director of the Administrative Procedures Control Department under the Government Office Nguyễn Văn Lâm.
According to Mr. Lâm, Việt Nam has received OECD’s attention, especially since the country started the second phase of the administrative reform project.
The OECD has made many constructive recommendations to assist Việt Nam in speeding up this process./.
