Nhan Dan – Work has begun to upgrade provincial road No. 340 linking Highway No. 18 with the Bac Phong Sinh Border Gate in Hai Ha district, Quang Ninh province.
The road, 15.8 kilometres long and 9 metres wide, has a total investment of over VND 286 billion (US$15.1 million) sourced from the State budget.
The road is scheduled to be completed in 18 months, which will improve the transportation of goods through the Bac Phong Sinh Border Gate.
