The warehouse's walls were broken to open two new gates

The centre for introducing Vietnamese tea and specialties project belongs to Lien Hop The Duy Company. When the authorities arrived at the site on March 9, they couldn't provide any documents.

Hoa Xuan Ward authorities asked local police to ban vehicles from bringing construction materials to the site and work with local authorities to ensure the effect of the ban.

The investor was asked to apply for the required permits. The investors must have proper licence and permit within 60 days or else they will be dealt with in accordance with the laws.

The building is built inside VietMay Home's warehouse

Nguyen Van Quyet, party secretary of Hoa Xuan Ward, said they project site had five Chinese men and one interpreter checking the construction when they arrived.

The land previously belongs to VietMay Home and is not allowed to rented out to other party. The building is built inside VietMay Home's warehouse so no one noticed anything until the project was near completion and the warehouse's walls were broken to open two new gates.
