PANO – The Vietnam War Veterans Association (VWVA), in coordination with the Party Committee of southern Dong Nai province, on Sept 10th held a conference to honour typical individuals in implementing the campaign “Studying and following the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh” in the central, Central Highlands and southern regions.
The event was co-chaired by Lieutenant-General Tran Hanh, VWVA’s chairman and Lieutenant-General Tran Khac Dang, VWVA’s Vice Chairman.
During the event, as many as 20 collectives and 45 individuals from 32 provinces and cities in the central, Central Highlands and southern regions were rewarded for their outstanding performance in the campaign.
In addition, many effective operation models and methods were also introduced by the individuals and collectives at the conference and are expected to be replicated by War Veterans Associations of other localities in the forthcoming time.
