Tuoi Tre, together with Saigon Cultural Product Corporation, will organize a fest packed with interactive activities and exhibitions to promote Vietnamese culture for the first time on June 1-5 at the Phu Tho indoor sports stadium.
This fest, entitled World of beauty, will exhibit new books coming out in 2011 by big publishers, products for education purpose, fashion, interior designs, sculptures, and photos on the old and then Saigon.
Women can discover new items for beauty, health care as well as sports equipment.
Artisans will demonstrate in workshops and make handicraft items in a craft village. Rural food is also served to those who love cuisine.
Starting on Children’s day, the fest reserves a 5,000 meter squared garden with traditional games as a gift for children coming to the event.
During five festive days, there will be fashion shows, forums, seminars on Vietnamese culture, interactive session with famous literature translators and authors like Nguyen Nhat Anh, Nguyen Ngoc Tu, Ly Lan.
Also at the fest, many products will be sold at discounted price.
World of beauty will be a chance for families to relax and enjoy festivities while discovering Vietnamese culture in a modern way.
