BAC GIANG — Wintek Viet Nam, an affiliate of Taiwan's Wintek Group, will increase its investment in the second phase of its touchscreen production facility in Bac Giang Province's Quang Chau Industrial Zone from US$250 million to over $1.1 billion. Operated by the Sai Gon-Bac Giang Joint Stock Co, the 426ha industrial zone has attracted 10 foreign-invested projects to date, mostly in hi-tech industries.-VNS
