The Government has approved a project to turn the Thang Long Imperial Citadel at 18 Hoang Dieu Street, Ba Dinh District in Hanoi into a historic cultural park, Nguoi Lao Dong reports.
The project will be home to relics of architecture and archaeology that have been excavated along with tangible and intangible cultural values. Besides, the project will set up a community cultural space in harmony with the overall architectural space and technical infrastructure of Ba Dinh political center.
The planned area covers 45,380 square meters, with 13,670 square meters set aside for constructing an archaeological exhibition house and 3,430 square meters for an area to display imitations.
