HAI PHONG — The naval ship HTMS NARATHIWAT from the Thai Royal Navy landed at the Hai Phong City port yesterday for a four-day visit.
The ships has 146 crew member.
Admiral Pradit Sirikupt and Ambassador Anuso Chivanno from the Thai embassy in Ha Noi will meet leaders of Hai Phong People's Committee, the Navy High Command and the Command of Military Zone 3. They will also participate in friendly activities.
The crew and military officers will visit tourist sites in Hai Phong; Ha Long Bay, in neighbouring Quang Ninh Province; and Ha Noi.
The ship is mainly responsible for patrols and protection of Thailand's sea territories.-VNS
