The five-star Hotel Sofitel Saigon Plaza in HCMC is offering a special French treat this month, courtesy a visiting chef from Deauville, Normandy.
Eric Provost will use the finest local ingredients for three-course set menu for VND620,000 (US$29.52) plus per person and five-course set menu at VND1.4 million ($66.65) with selected wine.
The menu is served for lunch and dinner at the hotel’s Olivier Restaurant from December 8 to 10, and 14 to 17.
Chef Provost will open the doors of the Olivier kitchen on Saturday, December 10 and 17 at 10 a.m. for those seeking a little culinary adventure. The presentation, limited to 10 persons, will be followed by a lunch with the chef, priced at VND620,000 a person.
