The developer said the Riviera Point project would join the local property market with some 2,400 apartments which are designed from two to four bedrooms, serving different accommodation demands of homebuyers. Besides, it has spaces for retail shops, food and beverage outlets and recreational facilities.

The developer, however, has yet to announce the selling prices of the condo project, which is located along the Ca Cam River within walking distance of the residential town of Phu My Hung and some 15 minutes’ drive to the city center.

With this condo development, the Singapore company has a pipeline of some 22,500 homes in Vietnam’s market, including the in-progress The Estella project with 1,393 units in District 2.

Keppel Land says it has plans to expand beyond its current Saigon Center project comprising office buildings, serviced apartments and retail components.

Seen as one of the largest real estate investors in Vietnam, Keppel Land is on its way to expanding the portfolio of properties in key regions such as Hanoi, HCMC, Dong Nai and the southern coast city of Vung Tau.

On the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit last October, the company announced to have signed a joint venture agreement with Hung Phu Real Estate Investment Corporation to develop a US$63 million villa development covering some 10 hectares in HCMC’s District 9.

Besides, the company marked its fourth partnership by signing a joint venture agreement with Tien Phuoc Company to develop a US$115 million villa project covering 13.5 hectares in HCMC.
