(VOV) - The second runner-up of American Idol 2008, David Archuleta, will perform at the 2011 Idol Music Event in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi on July 22 and 24.
David will join Vietnamese singers such as Ho Ngoc Ha, Tuan Hung, Ngo Thanh Van, Bao Thy, Noo Phuoc Thinh, Dong Nhi, and Van Mai Huong on the stage at Military Zone N.o 7’s stadium in Ho Chi Minh City on July 22.
In Hanoi, along with Dam Vinh Hung, Tuan Hung, Uyen Linh and Van Mai Huong, he will sing 10 hit songs, some of which are in his latest album “the other side of down” to the accompaniment of his own music band consisting of five members.
Earlier on July 21, David will meet with journalists and attend a VIP reception in Ho Chi Minh City.
