Savills Vietnam has been appointed as exclusive marketing and leasing agent for the 36,277sqm Hapulico Shopping Centre of Hapulico Complex, located at No.1 Nguyen Huy Tuong street, Hanoi’s Thanh Xuan district.
Developed by Hapulico Real Estate Investment Company, Hapulico Complex was started construction in May 2009 and expected to be completed in the final quarter of 2012, and its Hapulico Shopping Centre was officially opened for leasing registration from July 18.
Hapulico Complex comprises of shopping centre, office and high-end apartment on a total area of 43,333.2sqm.
The complex is built in Thanh Xuan district which has current population of 250,000 people and will potentially become one of the most exciting retail areas in the city.
Designed by Sunjin Vina (Korean Company), Hapulico Complex comprises of eight buildings of 17 floors, 21 floors and 24 floors. Hapulico Shopping Centerequally allocated at podium floors in all buildings isconsidered the highlight of the complex. Especially, the 5-storeys retail podium of 24 floor building is the main and the most vibrant shopping area with the total leasing area of around 20,000 sqm.
Specifically, there will be a special policy of rental rate for tenants who register to lease in the project within six months upon the leasing launch date.
