Song Lam Nghe An (SLNA) were held to a goalless draw by Tampines Rovers of Singapore in their second match in Group F at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Cup on Tuesday in Singapore.
Although posing a constant threat, the Vietnamese club failed to make the breakthrough.
With one point after two games, SLNA are third in their group. Hong Kong's Kitchee are top with six points after overcoming Malaysia's Terengganu on Tuesday in Kuala Lumpur.
In the next round on April 4, Kitchee will host SLNA at Tseung Kwan O Sports Ground while Tampines Rovers will meet Terengganu at Jalan Besar Stadium in Singapore. — VNS
