PANO – On behalf of the Vietnam State, the Vietnamese Foreign Minister, Pham Binh Minh, on March 30 th , presented the Friendship Medal to Mr. Dumitru Olaru, the outgoing Romanian Ambassador to Vietnam, for his contributions to promoting traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Romania.
The Ambassador thanked the Vietnam State for awarding him the noble medal and regarded the Medal as a symbol of friendship that Vietnam and its people gave to Romania and its people.
Mr. Olaru also promised that he will continue making contributions to improving and promoting friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Romania in the future.
