Rang Dong Plastic Joint Stock Company has announced a personnel change as follows:
* On December 09, 2009 the BOD approved a resignation of Ms. Phan Thi Thu Ha and has waited for an approval of the shareholders’ meeting and appointing a new member in the Supervisory Board.
* Two remaining members in the Supervisory Board are Mr. Bui Dac Thien and Mr. Nguyen Hanh Bao Phuc. Mr. Bui Dac Thien was appointed provisionally as the Head of the Supervisory Board from December 01, 2009 to the next shareholders’ meeting.
