Sappers of the Quang Binh Provincial High Command, in association with local relevant units, defused successfully a 360-kg bomb on January 3 rd .
The huge bomb, which is 1.15m in length and 0.5m in diameter with 170kg dynamite inside and a fuse, was found 2m underground while workers were executing the construction of the water inlet sluice at the tourist area Bao Ninh in Dong Hoi City.
Upon getting the news, the relevant units moved the bomb to a safe site and successfully defused it.
