HA NOI — Staff at the Viet Nam-Russia Tropical Centre should exert more efforts to complete increasingly tough tasks assigned by the State, expanding co-operation with similar regional and international organisations and training highly qualified human resources for the science and technology sector in Viet Nam .
President Truong Tan Sang made this statement during his visit to the Viet Nam-Russia Tropical Centre yesterday.
