Hanoi's newest shopping mall, Picomall located on 229 Tay Son street, Dong Da district, will celebrate its grand opening on September 1, 2011.
A month long promotion from August 14 to September 30, 2011 has been implemented for this special occasion.
According to Michael Vong, centre manager of the Picomall, a shopping centre would be successful when it could offer that great “Shopping Experience”, delivering to shoppers what they want, in a clean, secure, and service oriented environment.
“Here at Picomall, we are driven to that goal, creating that “Experience” each time a shopper visits our mall. We work the Retail Mix, track customer purchases and regularly conduct shopper surveys to understand our customer needs. Then, we work together with our retailers to design joint promotions to meet that consumer need,” Vong said.
The shopping centre is located at the retail podium at Mipec Tower, with its 30,000 square metre area.
The building was designed by Finenco (Italia), PTW (Australia) and construction was supervised by Coteba – one of European leaders in engineering and project management in the construction field. Picomall is managed by CB Richard Ellis Vietnam.
