The Vietnamese embassy in Russia held a number of activities to mark the 82nd anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3).
On February 3, Vietnamese ambassador to Russia, Pham Xuan Son, his wife and embassy staff joined representatives from Vietnamese associations and students in Russia to offer incense at Uncle Ho’s altar and lay a wreath at his statute in Ho Chi Minh Square in Moscow.
A meeting and musical performance to celebrate the Party’s anniversary and the Lunar New Year were held earlier.
Vietnamese associations and students in Moscow and other Russian cities also organised concerts and other activities to mark the important day.
