The Prime Minister has signed Decision 1428/QĐ-TTg to permit the establishment of the British University Vietnam in Hanoi.
This will be a tertiary education establishment invested in by the Apollo Education and Training Organisation.
The university will be put under the state management by the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training.
Its website at www.britishuniversity.edu.vn said that the British University Vietnam project was officially launched in Hanoi last September with its headquarters in Hanoi and a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City .
