Dam briefed the country’s remarkable socio-economic achievements and major political events in the past year, which, he said, were partially contributed by Vietnamese nationals abroad.
He stressed that the OV community is an inseparable part of the great national unity bloc, affirming that the Party and State always attach much importance to protecting their rights.
Dam also expressed his belief that OV around the world will try their best in study and production, contributing to the development of their resident countries as well as the home country.
