Ocean Bank and Investment Company of Information Technology (VTC Intercom) also announced a service to collect and electronically recharge for the on-line shopping website paygate.vtc.vn last week.
With this service, customers using HanoiTV cable and on-line shoppers at Paygate.vtc.vn have a modern payment channel.
