(VOV) - Nearly 200 Overseas Vietnamese (OV) people and staff from the Vietnamese embassy in Russia enjoyed a special art performance presented by nine Vietnamese artists on January 6.
Songs and dances featuring the traditional culture and love for the homeland were presented by artists such as Viet Hoan, Trong Tan and Khanh Linh, along with short comedies, which received thunderous applause from the audience.
These artists also performed earlier for thousands of OVs and students in Krasnodar and Volgograd.
Vietnamese ambassador to Russia, Pham Xuan Son, thanked the artists for offering valuable spiritual sustenance for Vietnamese people living far from home on the occasion of the traditional Lunar New Year (Tet).
