Norfolk to tee off golf tournament next week

The Norfolk Group will stage its annual Norfolk Invitational Golf Tournament at Vietnam Golf & Country Club’s East Course (VGCC), better known as Thuduc golf course in District 9 on April 14.
The tournament is organized only for invited guests, colleagues and corporate elite and will tee off at noon.
This year, the event’s main sponsor is ‘Saigon Golf, Country Club and Residences’. Golfing legend Greg Norman will be in attendance as part of his visit to HCMC to launch the luxury villas Reflection by Greg Norman and review Saigon Golf Club course which he designed.
Each competitor will receive a gift of three nights’ accommodation at the Crown Melbourne Hotel, Australia and a round at the ultra exclusive Capital Golf Club.
Golfers who net holes-in-one at any of the course’s par three holes will have a chance to win a premier AUDI car.
The award ceremony will be hosted in the evening at Shang Palace restaurant at Norfolk Mansion in downtown HCMC, also on April 14.
