The city’s oldest four-star hotel, the Continental Hotel Saigon, under the umbrella of Saigontourist, is launching numerous new dishes to its already abundant menu accompanied with attractive promotions.
From July 9 to 15, the hotel’s Lafayette will host French food week, serving signature dishes such as stir-fried duck liver with strawberry sauce, seafood bouillabaise, fried beef with wine, salmon fried with passion fruit as well as deserts such as souffle chocolate and mille feuille a la vanille. The program will be swept along with piano, violin and guitar performances and timeless French ballads.
The set menu is priced at VND898,000 per guest, inclusive of French wine. The program is discounted 20% during Happy Hour from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and a free appetizer when guests order an a-la-carte Western dish.
The hotel also offers promotions for wedding parties from now until August 31 with many options. Wedding parties will be discounted 10% on the menu together with a honeymoon suite, a souvenir for the couples, free LCD projector, MC for wedding ceremony, violin and piano performances and free drinks for guests for two and a half hours.
The hotel also gives a 10% discount on conferences, events and meeting parties. Guests will be also given a free LCD projector, screen, flowers and two hours of free drink or three hours of drinks on the house for karaoke.
