HANOI – The Bkav 2012 software will help prevent hackers from stealing Yahoo Messenger chat accounts of users for financial fraud, Bkav experts said in Hanoi.

This is one of the new features of this year’s version of Bkav anti-virus software to remove computer viruses as announced by the internet security company. The firm said it is one of the first internet security companies to succeed in integrating Anti-Keylogger technology into the product.

According to Bkav, Yahoo Messenger chatters will lose their nicknames when hackers steal their passwords and keyloggers.

To prevent hacking, users will need to install Anti-Keylogger and virus removal software at the same time but this turns out to be troublesome. Therefore, Bkav has integrated Anti-Keylogger technology into the 2012 anti-virus product to make it more convenient for the user and protect them from being monitored by hackers via manipulations on keyboards, screens or password inputs.

Like Bkav 2011, the new version uses cloud computing technology, is enhanced with doubled screenings and has its Saferun and Site Advisor upgraded.
