VGP – Dutch Ambassador to Vietnam Joop Scheffers and Vice Chairman of Hai Duong Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Trong Thua on Friday singed an agreement on building water supply system in Gia Loc and Tu Ky districts.
The € 2 million project is part of an effort to provide clean water to 55,000 rural residents by 2020.
The beneficiaries include poor people, small and medium-sized businesses and factories located in industrial parks in the two districts.
The project is sponsored by the Netherlands’ Facility for Infrastructure Development (ORIO).
