Second prize went to Nguyen Thi Dung from Binh Duong Supply-Drainage and Environment, while Rhee Chaekyung from the Republic of Korea (RoK) took the third prize.
Domesco Dong Thap were crowned champions in the team event, followed by Binh Duong Supply-Drainage and Environment and the Rok team.
The annual event, which took place from July 7 to 12, gathered more than 60 cyclists representing nine teams from Vietnam and three international teams from the Republic of Korea, Kazakhstan and Malaysia.
The cyclists raced a total of 475 kilometres in six stages through 11 Mekong Delta provinces and cities, starting from Dong Xoai town in Binh Phuoc province and finishing in Long Xuyen town, An Giang province.
