VGP – National Assembly Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan presided over the fifth session of the 14th National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC) on December 19 in Ha Noi.
The fifth session, which will run from December 19-22, reviews and passed an ordinance on legal costs, court fees; a resolution of the NASC on regulations on the examination and investigation of budget estimate and allocation and submission them to the National Assembly; foreign diplomacy program and international cooperation of the NA in 2017.
In addition, the NASC will comment on the second session of the NA and prepare for the third session of the NA. A decree on special finance and budget mechanisms for Ha Noi will be put on the table for discussion. The NASC will debate the extension of building duration of Vietnamese representative offices in other countries and State audit projects in the 2017-2020 period.
Moreover, the NASC will listen to a Government’s report on the implementation of Resolution 1052, dated October 24, 2015 on on some orientations, tasks and solutions to boosting international economic integration.
NA Chairwoman Ngan asked the NASC, relevant agencies, and organizations seriously comply with the working regulation of the NASC to contribute to the aforesaid draft laws and reports./.
