PANO – During a friendly visit to Vietnam, Myanmar’s high-ranking military delegation, led by General Min Aung Hlaing, Commander-in-Chief of Armed Forces, visited Naval Zone 3’s High Command in Da Nang City on November 17th.

At a working session, Colonel Ngo Si Quyet, Commander of Naval Zone 3 welcomed the delegation’s visit and briefed them on situations of both the Zone and Da Nang City.

General Hlaing thanked leaders of the Zone for their warm reception and hoped that the two nations’ navies would carry on more exchanges in the coming time for the sake of peace and stabilisation. Also, the two sides presented their souvenirs to each other and General Hlaing wrote his impressions in the Zone’s traditional record.

On the same day, the delegation paid a visit to Brigade 172 at the Tien Sa Port.
